Answer:	The canister has a thin metal layer that breaks easily when you twist the cartridge holder into its screwed position. The gas enter the tank and you can feel the tank turn cold. The top of the unit is solid and takes a beating if it fell it would be fine.

Answer:	It’s a one use only cartridge. Just make sure you have a good amount of w/c when beginning the job and you’ll have plenty of topping. May have to do a trial a couple of times to learn proper amount. Love to add flavoring ingredients to add that special tasty experience.

You can ensure that the N2O gas is released by charging with one N2O cartridge, crewing onto the head until you hear hissing gas. Second, the N2O was released, but it was not mixed with cream. You can ensure that the N2O gas is mixed with the cream by shaking the dispenser 15 to 20 times. During shaking, you will feel that dispenser turns cold, no slashing sound of liquid which means your whipped cream is ready for serving. Last, if you can not use all whipped cream at once and want to save some for later, you will need to store the dispenser in the refrigerator.
