Answer:	These are more like square sprinkles rather than “flakes” of chocolate so I’m not sure how easy it would be to make these be hand. If you need chocolate shavings then making them by hand with a veggie peeler and a chocolate bar would be fine.

Question:	What's the difference between the Small, Large, and 4-6 servings sizes that it comes in
Answer:	As usual, descriptions on Amazon are scant, misleading and uninformative. If you'll check the dimensions, of the large and the 4-6 cup sizes, there's very little difference except for the exorbitant price. I bought the large and it is perfect. I've only used Zyliss (my first and only was one size) so unless I go out into the kitchen, pull it out and fill with water and measure, I can't give you a volume measurement. The large will comfortably wash a large head of lettuce. Buy the large. You'll be happy with it.

Answer:	The height of the inner green basket in the large version is 4-5/8” measured from base on the countertop. The interior measures 4-3/8”.
Question:	Can you prep the cord so it is less likely to fray? Wax perhaps
Answer:	That's a good idea; mine has a few spots that are 'hairy' but nowhere close to frayed. I still think 'mechanical' spinners are better than pull cord. I've not found one that I like.

Question:	After I washed this the clear plastic container turned a brownish yellow. Has anyone else experienced this problem
Answer:	No. Actually, it's not designed to be sharpened. That is the beauty of the gadget. I have purchased two. the last one went to my daughter but I have had mine for 4 or 5 years and it still works great. For frim vegetables such as onions, slicing then before putting them in the cutter makes them easier to push through. Also, you may have to work with it a bit to get the hang of cleaning it, especially the top grid using the tool that came with it. Wash in warm soapy water and allow it to dry somewhat before storing it.
Question:	Do I have to sharpen the blades
Answer:	Try the PurrisianKitty Cleaning Tool Replacement Part. Amazon carry it for about $10.00. There are three in the package and it seems to work pretty well.
