Correct Way to Use the Food Chopper

Step 1 – Install S-blades on the cutter shaft to form 4-layer blades. Then take off the black blade sheathes (DO NOT get hurt).

Step 2 – Install the cutter shaft with 4-layer blades in the bowl. Make sure the cutter shaft stays upright instead of being tilted.

Step 3 – Put the work bowl on the non-slip pad. Put food into the work bowl. Make sure no food pushes up the blades or tilts the cutter shaft.

Step 4 – Put the transparent cover on the work bowl tightly. Then put the motor base on the cover properly. Make sure the motor base is installed in place and does not move.

Step 5 – Press the speed buttons to start work.

 

FAQ

Q: What If the Motor Works But the Blades Do Not Turn?

A: Check if the cutter shaft is installed correctly, if the blades are pushed up by food and if the bowl sits tightly. If the cutter shaft is installed incorrectly or if the food pushes up the blades, the cutter shaft will be tilted and may push up the bowl cover, which results in connection failure between the cutter shaft and the motor. That’s why the motor works but the blades do not turn.

Therefore, if the motor works but the blades do not spin, please install the cutter shaft correctly or re-arrange the food in the bowl.
