The simple way is to use a 123 block on the vice base and a thick feeler gauge just behind the teeth and the back of the blade. | Answer: | First let me say that this saw performs great, I have both the deep cut 374B and the 371B bandsaws, carry both to the job site. As an electrician I use both depending on the size of the material I am cutting. The blades are primarily for metal, 24 or 18 TPI. A typical wood cutting blade is narrower and has 14 to 12 TPI. In my opinion, this saw is not suitable for wood cutting. You might want to look at a bare saws-all recept saw or a circular saw. |

I'd also say double check the measurements in the descriptions of each item. I got two LEM items (a #12 grinder and this lug) that I'd expect to fit together and are recommended together here. But they don't fit (I left a review with pictures if you want to see). So make sure it will fit before buying! |
