Answer:	The ZERO function allows it to be reset at any time when being used. I often set my bowl on it to start, then zero it, then measure the flour, zero again, then measure another dry ingredient.

Answer:	I wish scales didn't have this--it's really just grams, changing the "gm" to "ml." Many kitchen liquids are around 1 g/ml, so it's not too far off for them. Oils are around 0.9 g/ml, so a reading of "10 ml" would actually be 10 gram, or about 11 ml. But honey is dense--about 1.4 g/ml. A reading of "10 ml" would actually be 7 grams.
Question:	can I put a bowl on it, zero it, then weigh only the contents of the bowl, not the bowl itself
Answer:	Yes, absolutely. You can put a bowl on it. Tun it on and it will start with zero. Then, you can weight your contents.
