Answer:	this question is asked over and over here... and sometimes the seller answers to say they will cut it to size if you leave the dimensions in the 'gift' note. the one I bought says gift option is not available so I can't leave a note in that box. I'd prefer to have 'prime' and struggle with cutting it myself... some say its too hard, some say no problem... but why do the people that 'don't know' the answer, still answer !?? Pet peeve!

OR, if you already have this in your possession,it's easy to cut with a proper tool, for example: 1) a sheet rock knife, 2) a carpet knife or 3) WIRE CUTTER (this is what I used, and it was sooooo much easier than with my sheet rock knife. The other side is a little fuzzier and softer and it goes against the hard floor. The reason for this is to prevent any scratching or damage to hardwood floors. It is argued that the smoother side provides a stiffer foundation for the back of the area rug, adding to the protection of the rug. Based on this, always place a felt rug pad softer side down against the floor.

Answer:	It is washable. Detailed instructions come with it. Machine or hand wash. Never dry clean or use bleach. Disconnect cords from pad. Place in machine and fill tub with warm water. Add small amount detergent and soak for 5 mins. Agitate on gentle or delicate for 2 mins. Spin on normal speed. Fill tub for cool rinse. Agitate for 1 min and spin dry. Never put thru wringer. Never use commercial dryer. Too hot. Damages cords. To machine dry put in your dryer on low heat and tumble til dry. Assure your pad has room to tumble. Or, line dry with head and foot ends down. Answer:	I purchased this to get my dog and cats paw prints. It was not the best. The ink wasn’t very good, we had to try several times. My dogs paw was too big for the pad also. I wouldn’t recommend

Answer:	I don't know how thick the pad it. Mine are on top of the pillow that came with the pet bed with two baby blankets over it--one quilt type and one regular baby blanket. The heat goes through those. The dogs sometimes sleep directly on the Snuggle Safe under the blankets or they lay on top of the blankets and feel the heat coming through. I hope this helps.
Question:	What if you don't know the wattage of the microwave? How many minutes would be safe
Answer:	I use these often. I don't know wattage but I put them into my new microwave for five minutes. Let them cool down before reheating.
Question:	Does anything on the product explain exactly WHY they can't be reheated again until completely cool? Has anyone tested this
Answer:	Mine only stayed warm for 2-3 hours and I would reheat it after 2 1/2 hours. It was by no means hot, just warm, but I had no safety issues with reheating it. I ended up returning mine after a week since it didn't work like described.
Question:	Does this pad come with the cover shown or not
Answer:	The unit comes with the cover shown. You heat the unit in the microwave according to the directions, then once it's warm, you cover it with the cover provided. We use these for a colony of cats that we rescued, and they work great. We've found that they stay warm for about 8 hours in really cold weather. Outside, we use straw (the same stuff gardeners use as mulch) to cover the unit, and the cats then curl up on top of the straw and the unit underneath that. It's wonderful, and the cats seem to love it.

Answer:	Hey I just wanted to reply to say- #1 I love that everyone has been so respectful! That's rare nowadays, so I love this comment thread! #2. I live with severe constipation and impactions on regular basis, and frequently have hemorrhoids. I take miralax and when I take it daily, I have so constipation much less often! So if you havent, check that out if its constipation you're dealing with. I know I have a gut disorder, but I gave up looking for help cause the Dr.s I saw were basically "you're young, you probably need to improve your diet".... yea I've had severe issues since childhood, which diet change doesn't help... I'm also almost 28, and my family has IBS and even colon cancer. Anyways my point is don't feel awkward about this, I believe more people live with gut issues than we know because of how dismissive doctors are. With that said, I hope youre addressing this with your Dr., if you have a good one, which I hope you do! They can often prescribe underwear or pads for this issue, and other treatments. Some of these supplies are covered by insurance, and you can also use your FSA if you have on that covers these types of products. I hope you've gotten what you need, and are getting better! I havent experienced discharge from a hemorrhoid that I know of, and I have SERIOUS issues. So I cannot imagine what that must feel like! Anyways these pads are pretty thick and I've always like them, especially for the price. You can get better prices at Kroger or Walmart though, and maybe on their website if you don't want to go into a store and purchase these. But most will assume it's for a girlfriend or wife anyways, but I do understand wanting to stay online! So Stayfree also has an "ultra thin pad" in regular and in heavy, which is MUCH thinner, but I've never had feminine leakage with those when its light. They're very dense for being thin, just not bulky. If what you experience isn't super heavy, you may try those so there's less there. Answer:	Yes. You can dictate how hot it gets by how long you heat it in the microwave. I have a chihuahua that isn't much bigger than a guinea pig and it is very safe.

Answer:	Yes ... We had a feral cat that lived in a straw house we built for him , it wasn't the Ritz but provided much needed shelter from wind and cold . The Snugglesafe was / is the greatest safe heater on the market . Just follow the instructions and you can expect a good 6-8 hours of warmth for your animal . That being said , you can't expect the heater to stay warm if you just stick it out in the snow or lay it on a porch without some good shelter , it needs insulation from the elements too . Long story short ...YES ! Snugglesafe is an excellent product , I currently own 4 of them .
Question:	How long to heat in an 1800 watt microwave
Answer:	I'm not sure on the wattage of my microwave but I heat it for four minutes (high) and let it set 30-60 seconds before I move it. I was told by a friend that has one to not go over 4 minutes and do not heat it up again until it has cooled down. I believe that was in the instructions also. It was great at the time for my aging 20 year old kitty to lay on and now we use it for our backs. I am really pleased with it and easy to wash cover.
Question:	Can these handle freezing temperatures with out breaking? If I heat one for overnight use in a unheated barn and it freezes will it withstand that
