Answer:	Yes, when not tied the heel won’t only lift out... the shoe will fly off and disappear. I found if you buy the right size and don’t forget to tie them before leaving, they will stay on “like a glove”... a foot glove.

Answer:	Yes, better support than any crosstrainer shoe used in 40 years of lifting for physique and flexibility in my opinion. i use 2 pair i rotate daily. No slip on heel, generous toe bed, strong arch support. i use these for low impact cardio and Pilates. Im buying my wife 2 pair next. Slips on like a water sock, light as air, true bare feel when I meditate, balancing on one foot.
