Answer:	Yes, very well indeed. I make a vegetable/no pasta lasagna and use both zucchini and yellow squash as the "Lasagna noodles". Works brilliantly.

Answer:	I have cut beets, carrots and yucca. Your ability to cut really hard, dense, vegetables is going to be based on your grip and arm strength as well as the size of the item you are cutting. If you quarter a beet before cutting, then you are cutting through less surface area. If you put a large-sized turnip on and try to cut through the entire thing, you are going to have a tough time unless you have very strong arms.
Question:	Does the material come from Japan
Answer:	the blade is not removable. Just wash under running water immediately after use so the food doesn't have a chance to stick to the blade.

Answer:	Not traditional fries. It would probably work for thin steak-cut fries.

Answer:	From David Pogue’s secret to extending the life of a razor is to simply dry it off after using it. “You can either blow-dry it with a blowdryer, or I keep a little bottle of rubbing alcohol next to the sink. I just swish the razor in the rubbing alcohol, and that instantly evaporates when you’re done. So the blade never has a chance to rust.” I don't see why this won't work for this peeler too.

Answer:	I bought it to peel lemons so yes it would work to peel oranges. I will say it is super sharp. I sliced the entire heal of my hand off. Be very careful and peel away from you!

Answer:	It is a decent size, about 4 cups. The bottom of the collection bin has useful rubber feet that keep the bin from sliding while using the blades and cutters.

Answer:	The 4 blade can quarter a medium to small whole vegetable. The current new one does not come with that blade. I recommend you quarter your item with a regular knife before you use the chopper or grader. I don't recommend putting a whole piece on blade and trying to chop. Quarter item first.

Question:	What vegetables can be peeled or julenned with this tool
Answer:	This is still new for me but so far I've used it to peel potatoes, carrots, squash and cucumbers. So far only julienned potatoes. Works great!
Question:	What size are the julienne strips it makes
Answer:	They vary a little with technique, but the cooked result is about the size of spaghetti or just a little larger when constant pressure is applied. Length depends on the vegetable and if you cut it. Raw size is a little larger. It makes about 8 strips per inch width of vegetable.
Question:	How wide is the usuable part of the blade on this julienne peeler
Answer:	Thanks for your question. The usable portion of the Julienne side is just a hair over 1.75 inches in width. The regular serrated side is 1.875 inches in width. And the overall width of the head is about 3.44 inches. Hope this helps!
Question:	Is this dishwasher safe or do I have to wash this by hand
Answer:	Thanks for your question. Our peelers are indeed dishwasher safe and can be run in a normal cycle, but most of our customers don't really even need to send it through a full cycle. Most are doing a fine job cleaning it by simply using warm water and a soft brush. One thing you should NOT do is use a hard, abrasive brush or cleaner such as steel wool because that would ruin the finish. Additionally, if you have well water or hard water, it is suggested to wash by hand and dry fully. Hardwater contains excess iron which may cause rust on stainless steel objects when left wet and exposed to air.

Answer:	No. It does not have adjustable straps. You really don't need to adjust them. You are held in firm if you chose the right measurement. Don't guess. Measure yourself. I love mine. Very comfy for around the house. I broke my wrist so I could not hook a normal bra. I could hook these that hooked in front.
