| Answer: | Shoes for me have been difficult as i'm on my feet a lot. I previously purchased Kahanas (10.5) from Big 5 with no issues. I then bought gel venture 5 from Zappos. Although they fit fine my feet hurt every day. I don't even wear them anymore. I then purchased Kahana 8 (10.5) from zappos because i noticed they were over-pronated and i walk on the outside of my feet. They immediately felt better then the Venture 5. I wear them every day at work, walking 2 or 3 miles a day. It probably depends on they type of shoe that feels comfortable for you. |

| Answer: | Go with Asics GT 2000 model shoe. I have pretty much flat feet to. Posterior Tibil Tendonitis in my right arch, plantars fasciitis in both feet. This shoe has a reinforced arch support and plenty of cushion to prevent over pronation which is suffer massively from. |
