It took about three refill cycles to get the factory dust out of it, then it was clean when refilling it the fourth time. It lasts overnight when running on low. On high, about 6 hours. But it does put out a great mist. Very happy with this purchase for my mom's bedroom.

Answer:	Yes, depending on the type of diffuser. The Air Wick Essential Oil diffuser bottle has a stopper that looks similar to those on the warm oil plug-ins. If that is removed, the essential oil can be placed in the water of regular room diffusers using a regular dropper. To use in other bottle type diffusers, you may have to change the bottle since the threads on the Air Wick Essential oil bottle are larger than most essential oil bottles.

Answer:	The machine has three settings. One that infuses the scent for 4 seconds every 17 minutes. Answer:	i found my booklet and it says I need to lift the whole globe to fill it I am having a great deal of trouble separating it from the base This was rederred to me by a neighbor and she has a different one mine is L-4 LED and hers is L-2 shr is able to lift off the top cap and fill it from there I would like to see if I can exchange mine for one I can handle easier I am 77 years old and dont have the strength to do this Please advise

Answer:	You can just use water, if you want to use it as a humidifier. This does not include the essential oils; you will have to buy those seperatly. It is worth buying the oils though.

Answer:	I think some people are getting confused as to the functions. Pushing once to green is intermittent mode. It diffuses 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off and runs for up to 6 hours. However, mine is still running after 8 hours. It auto shuts off when water is almost gone. Push twice to red or continuous mode and it runs continually for 3 hours then auto shuts off. I started mine at 1am in green intermittent mode and it’s 8:45 and still running. But no complaints here!
Question:	Does there have to be a light
Answer:	You can turn off the color lights. But the function light especially the green is very bright if you are sensitive to light when you sleep this will be bothersum. I used black electrical tape to round the bottom of the lid to block out most the green light. It will do rather than returning to buy a more expensive item.

Answer:	I borrowed this model from a friend last week, and hers went completely dark yet still diffused. Seeing as how I loved that function, i ordered mine. I just received mine two days ago, and found the above comments to be true. One push turns on multicolor option. Two pushes stops on a color, three pushes turns colors "off", but the blue that illuminates the unit is too bright for my childs bedroom, basically glowing and lighting the room. It can't be described as having no color, as it's bright enough to dimly light a room. Unfortunately not what it advertised, and sad cause I love everything else about it.
