Answer:	We use it in the restaurant for cutting really large, raw potatoes into french fries and have not used it for cutting citrus fruit. It is quite powerful and whacks through spuds with ease. I suppose if a citrus style blade was used in this, it would also handle fruit but I can't really say for sure. It is certainly a work-saver when it comes to making fries, we consider it an indispensable tool.

Answer:	5/8" is the size 11 threads per inch. There is an adapter you can get to thread into the bit and place in your drill. Garden hose on low will be fine.

Answer:	My Eibenstock runs at 2,850 RPM and I've had no problems using this core bit on that coring machine. Ditto for my Weka, which I think is at 3,000 RPM. Just remember when drilling, all the pressure you need is the amount applied by 1 finger. The more pressure you apply, the more likely you are to break off one of the 3 "teeth" of the core bit.
