Answer:	Cleanup is not as simple as described in the instructions. The two-part strainer tends to trap pulp which is inaccessible between the sliding parts. Over time mold is created between the layers. The strainer can be disassembled and cleaned but it needs to be done carefully to avoid breaking the parts which just snap together. This step is not mentioned in the instructions.

Answer:	When it works, it is quiet and fast and you can hold a conversation fine while using it. After three months mine started making a loud grinding sound and the turbo function stopped all together. It sounded like the gears were no longer aligned.

Answer:	I haven't tried key limes. At BJ's (the local equivalent of Costco, etc.), they sell bags of undersized limes which aren't much bigger than key limes, and it works fine on them. You press down on the fruit with the palm of your hand on to a spinning plastic apparatus. It isn't dangerous, and I think you'd be fine if you're careful.

Answer:	I highly recommend the Big Squeeze to Cold XL for multiple reasons- the mixing blade is designed and grooved to extract the greatest amount of liquid as possible, while the XL is intended to do the same, beyond the spinning blade, your ingredients remain juicy as exhibited by your waste basket. Also, the juice mixing function allows you to mix various ingredients for a more complete flavor profile, whereas the XL is releases upon completion. Both offer similar shoot capacity (small to medium apple) but only the Big Squeeze allows for a hefty portion of ingredients prior to disposal. Lastly, the design requires less countertop space. To top it off- the clean up is much easier with the Big Squeeze.

Answer:	Yes!... the carrot pulp left is almost dry... We have found that organic carrots have more juice per pound and are sweeter tasting. Enough so that we have done several side by side - blind tastings and the organic carrots win every time. Would I change machines just for the bit more juice... probably not... the Brevile juicers seem to be high performing units across the product line. When it wears out or if you need to handle VERY tough items, then the investment might be worth the extra performance. IF you don't have a good juicer or extractor... DEFINITELY suggest the BIG SQUEEZE as a strong first choice here....
