Answer: | It's a great question as I too was surprised when I first saw the bottles. The co-packer that made the blend for me used a stock bottle that they use for all of their spice blends. Salt and pepper are more dense that spices like parsley flakes, onion, etc. so 24 oz takes up less space. Next time, we'll add more to fill up the bottle. The existing bottles do have 24 oz of rub which goes a long way on briskets, shoulders, and ribs. Thanks! |
