Answer:	In my opinion yes they appear to be no different than the meile name brand. I have using them in a commercial setting for a few years and have zero complaints.

Answer:	Pull on the loop at the top of the blue part. Pull in a direction parallel to the slot holding the blue piece. It should slide right out. Insert the new bag by sliding into the same slot.

Answer:	I purchased this set October 2018. I have enjoyed it very much. The set I bought was the Multicolored which are different colors from the Jewel you are asking about. The navy knife is yellow in my set, but knives are the same otherwise. This knife is a serrated utility knife. I am going by the info in the description section on Amazon. Hope this helps..

Answer:	All of them in our set have clips and worn off coating. Where does it go, if not in the food! Do not recommend for this reason alone!!
