Answer:	No I've not found seeds to get through, but to be clear different lemons have different sized seeds based on stage of development. The little tiny no-see-ums could go through with pulp if they were as small as the pulp strands. But remember, this baby has, TWO, count 'em, TWO pour spouts. One of them is open, the other has a strainer on it that is smaller than the juicer slots, so it will hold back both seeds and the majority of the pulp if that is your aim or your pet peeve. So if you are anti-seed, I would say this one is for you.

Answer:	I have tried to open cans of several sizes and they can be opened without problems.

Question:	How do you use it to open Jars
Answer:	I know this is a little late but there is a Manual can opener that is arthritis friendly in my opinion. It is the Swing-A-Way 609WH Magnetic Wall Can Opener, It is screwed into the wall. Once it is set up you open the top and set your can in, once the can is set in the cutters it holds it there and there is a REAL magnet that grabs the lid and holds it in place and a good sized handle that you turn to cut off the lid. Since the can is locked in and it is mounted to the wall it is easy to turn the handle since you do not have to worry about holding the handles together or the can moving on you. This is the ONLY one that is easy on my arthritis that is not electric.The most difficult part is getting the can locked into the jaws. It is made to lay flat(ish) against the wall and pulls out and when you need it. There are slots that the whole can opener drops into to keep it in whatever position you need.
Question:	Will it cut large cans, bigger than a standard can
Answer:	Do you have to use the gray handle to the left in the first picture to rotate the opener? I bought what appeared to be a similar manual can opener with a magnet and ended up very disappointed. I have severe arthritis in my hands, in spite of wearing braces, doing PT, OT, and exercises, etc. Not only did I have a lot of trouble using that product, but this one looks even more complicated. On the other one, most of the time the cutting mechanism ended up "in the open" even after I'd spent a lot of effort turning the handle. I couldn't tell whether or not it had cut the lid off until I looked. This one looks easier to use, even though my arthritis is worse, since I got rid of the other one. I also bought another type, a good brand, second hand. It was very tall, and plugged into the wall. It had a long lever type handle and appeared to be easier to manage. But the mechanism fell into the "tower" and broke off. I think a battery driven can opener like this one, if it works properly, is more useful for people with hand problems, especially if you live where there are occasional power outages. So this isn't really an answer so much as another question in the same vein, I guess.

Answer:	If it doesn't cut for them..then I would say they have a serious operating problem! My cuts just fine..I've been using it everyday since i purchased! Keep it clean..and in the locked position after use! Open the locking device with the spring hinged lock handle..and open the opener wide enough to accept the next can to be opened..make sure it is positioned to cut into the can lid..and press (using some pressure..depending on the 'temper' of the metal of the can..as some cans are softer metal) )..then rotate the cutting gear handle and the cutting blade will do what it's designed to do! Open the can!! Don't be too 'girly'..it's a tool!! And..tools requie at least some skill!

Answer:	It is not capable of opening a jar lid as in twisting it off. I'm guessing that if you wanted to open a mason jar by cutting the lid like the top of a can then it may work, but then the lid would no longer be reusable.

Question:	How do you get to the battery section? I can’t open it
Answer:	The opening wheel (not really a blade) does NOT touch the contents in the can. It only contacts the outside edge of the can rim. So the food is not contaminated. Sometimes, some of the food leaks out and gets of the wheel. I use a small brush dipped in warm dish water to clean the wheel. A tooth brush works great.

Operating the Can Opener

✿Step1 - Place the Can Opener on top of the can with its rim positioned in the groove between the Cutter and the Drive Wheel

✿Step2 - With the can on a flat surface, press the Button for about one second and release, then the Can Opener will start cutting the side of the can

✿Step3 - When the cutting has completed, press the button immediately to reverse the cutter

✿Step4 - Make sure that the cutter resets to the start position and the motor stops. Then, lift the can opener off the can



Trouble shooting:

✿If the battery is exhausted, it may not be possible to release the can by pressing the button. You can continue working after changing the battery.

✿If the edge of the can is not smooth, the can opener will be stuck. If it is stuck, follow the steps in the instructions to unlock the can opener.

✿If the can is stuck, press the white button on the top of the can opener.

Trouble Shooting

1. If batteries are depleted, the can may not be released by pressing the button. Slide back the Battery Door and replace 2 AA batteries. The Can Opener should continue the cutting. Remember to replace the battery.

2. Cans with heavy seams and uneven rims may stall the Can Opener. If this happens, follow above procedure to release the can.

3. If the can is get stucked, please press the white button on the top of the can opener.

Note:

1.Use 2 new batteries ( High quality AA batteries), cheaper less quality new batteries are inadequate and may not preform as necessary.

2. After completely revolving around the can and cutting the edge, the can will still appear to be sealed. After prying up the lid will it be evident that the can and its resealable lid are detached.

3. Do not lift or forcefully remove the can opener from the can while it is operational. Forceful removal can cause damage to the knife-edge.

Question:	does this opener open all sizes of cans
Answer:	First,put the new Alkaline batteries by sliding down the red battery cover. Second, turn on the opener to let it finished its job after that turn off the opener then you can release from the can.
Question:	How do you turn this off? I love it but having trouble turning it off
Answer:	The unit only needs to be pushed downward from the top which will allow the unit slide open. If you still have trouble, then turn the unit around and try again. Mine has no problem in doing that to open.

Answer:	I have tried to open cans of several sizes and they can be opened without problems.
Question:	The can lid has no sharp edges but does the can have sharp edges
Answer:	Use a little force and push in and down right under the round silver cutter. Don’t try and unscrew anything. I made that mistake and it has nothing to do w the battery compartment. Good luck!!
