Answer:	The opening wheel (not really a blade) does NOT touch the contents in the can. It only contacts the outside edge of the can rim. So the food is not contaminated. Sometimes, some of the food leaks out and gets of the wheel. I use a small brush dipped in warm dish water to clean the wheel. A tooth brush works great.

Answer:	Imagine getting something at the store where the package is hard plastic. You run to get scissors to cut through the package but with some effort, you still can't stretch it open without cutting further.. You then cut through horizontally from one end to the other and are trying to pry open the packaging and you cut yourself with a fountain of blood flowing out of your cut fingers. Still not frustrated?"Frustration-Free Packaging" is VERY straightforward packaging which makes opening said product(s) VERY seamless, is friendly to the environment by being recyclable, and is simply a no-brainer to open. This type of packaging comes cheaper because it is usually cheaper to manufacture a simple cardboard box/envelope (ordered in volume) versus the annoying plastic packaging or needlessly involved boxes that serve no useful function (i.e. complicated designs come at a cost).Some personal opinions:- I choose frustration-free regardless of price because of the ease of use when it comes to opening the items.- They're in some cases more reliable than the manufacturer's packaging being crammed into a box with bags of air and wiggle room in part due to shock sensitivity.- I've been cut before trying to open retail-packaged, clamshell packaging (the plastic that usually gets cut with scissors). Answer:	I have tried to open cans of several sizes and they can be opened without problems.

Question:	may I know this opener is in common use for all size can? Or is there any size limited for the can cover when using this auto-opener
Answer:	I've only used it for family sized cans, but it's tall enough to open large cans. However, I'm not sure if a commercial sized cans would fit.
Question:	Do you have to hold the can the hold time or only with the larger size (28 oz+) cans only
Answer:	The magnet is strong enough to hold small and medium sized cans,(8oz & 15.25oz),but the large cans you have to hold.
Question:	has anybody used it to open #10 size cans
Answer:	I have used it for #10 size cans without problem. I do however use my hand to support the can not real sure if it would hold the can otherwise but never really tried. Hope this helps!

Question:	Any info on battery life
Answer:	I have nothing against them at all but do not use dollar store batteries for this, it will die opening one can. Energizer - lasts a very long time. This thing is great !

Answer:	Yes. It is the best tool ever. Just put it on top any can push button let it go past 360 hit button goes in reverse, stops. Open can. Buy large one opens everything.. Good luck
Question:	Does this can opener work on small diameter cans like tomato paste
Answer:	I haven't tried it on small diameter cans, but I cannot see why it wouldn't work. It works great on my soup and tuna cans. However, the magnet doesn't always grab the lid. But, it's great even if the lid isn't grabbed. And, I love the NON-sharp edges it leaves so no cutting fingers!
Question:	does it open big cans? does it use AC power
Answer:	I would not recommend this product for any use. I used it 3-4 times with regular sized can and it worked poorly at best. Next time tried to use and the brand new Duracell batteries about a month later and it was not able to open anything. Wish I had returned it right off because then I found it was too late to return and I'm just out the money I paid for nothing useful. It only uses batteries and nothing "professional" about it.

Answer:	I have only opened 7oz to 19oz and it did the trick, but nothing bigger.
Question:	Is the opener all stainless steel. Don't understand as one reviewer says "replaced the stainless and then it worked well
Answer:	There is a similar model by Cuisinart that is brushed stainless steel, but it gets horrible reviews on Bed Bath and Beyond and Williams Sonoma. Perhaps that is the one reviewers are referring to.

Answer:	Not true. 65% of reviewers gave it 5 stars and 12% gave it four stars. A combined 77% constitutes a clear majority of positive votes.

Answer:	120v American. Not a good product incidentally. Discarded my old, cheap one, after 11 yrs of faithful service. This one broke after several weeks.
