Answer:	I just stored a bottle on its side for 48 hours and it did not leak. It was 3/4 full. I often store upright, so I am not sure about storing sideways for a longer period.

Answer:	Yes, they will. I just ordered some and they work great. You have to pump a few more times than with the Oxo plugs, but it will create a tight seal. I tested it with a 750ml bottle of wine that was 3/4 full by turning it upside down and there were no leaks. I laid it on its side for a bit and there were no leaks either.

Answer:	I'm not sure if the Vacu Vin 088630 Wine Stopper 6 Pack will prevent spillage. There are rubber gaskets like the ones used on canning jars and many sorts of liquid containers to prevent either air or liquid from entering or exiting a container sold in many stores.

Answer:	I can speak to the difference between regular and tacky. I used the regular for a couple years and recently replaced it with tacky. Regular has a rubbery/leathery/textile feel to it, sort of like synthetic leather, and is smooth. Tacky is not at all leathery, it is more rubbery and feels slightly sticky or grippy to the touch.

Answer:	I don't think it recorks. I just turn my cork over and push it inward. I love my Wine opener and have given several for gifts. Everyone agrees it is fabulous.

Answer:	Very high quality. All metal construction. One of the few openers out there with this level of quality. Metrokane openers are very poorly constructed. Even their "VIP" models are made primarily from plastic parts.

The Vacuum Stoppers are designed to preserve the flavour and taste of wine via the creation of an airtight vacuum. This inhibits the oxidation process that is responsible for spoilage. The device is simply inserted into the neck of an opened wine bottle when required. Although they are most effective when used alongside Vacu Vin's various Wine Saver Pumps, the Vacuum Stoppers can also be used in isolation.

Answer:	Just like EVERY device designed to preserve wine it is not biodegradable in the short run. Just like ANYTHING on this earth is is biodegradable over a long enough period of time!
Question:	Can the stoppers be used without the Vacu Vin Saver
Answer:	Thanks for the question! Each Repour stopper is designed around a single 750 ml bottle of wine, consumed glass by glass. In this way, Repour can absorb the Oxygen out of 1500 ml of air. The math behind this 1500 ml calculation goes like this: 1 glass gone = 150 ml 2 glass gone = 300 ml 3 glass gone = 450 ml 4 glass gone = 600 ml 5th glass = bottle's empty --------------------------------------- 1500 ml of air We fully endorse finding creative ways to stretch a single stopper from one bottle to the next (and are happy to share the "hacks" that people have shared with us), but also want to make sure that every user has a perfect experience with Repour. In this way, we only formally endorse use over one bottle of wine as we know if you use a Repour stopper in this way you'll have exceptional results!
Question:	I noticed that the video demonstrates someone pushing the center of the stopper to let air out. When do you do that? I thought pump takes out air
Answer:	We have used it on Prosecco bottles and it has kept them “sparkling”

Answer:	Some kind of rubber--soft and pliable?!?

Answer:	No I did not. I rec'd all dark colors: burgundy, navy, black & grey. Just received them November 6, 2018
Question:	How hard are they to remove from a bottle
Answer:	I guess it depends on how hard you push them down in the bottle. But, I think they are easy to remove. I have no trouble at all.
Question:	works on beer, wine and champagne sized bottles
Answer:	It doesn't work on beer bottles if you want to keep the fizz in for overnight storage. It may work for a few hours but over time the gas pressure builds up and the stopper gets pushed out. If you are thinking about storing your beer for more than a few hours, try the Zyliss bottle stopper, those work for me on beer bottles very well.
