Answer:	No, it does not. Pieces are loosed without a stand. Works very well though and is a great price. If you want a stand there are others that come with them for higher price.

Answer:	The knife itself is another great product by spyderco. The blade is a flipping blade, meaning you open the knife by using your index finger to flip the blade open. The spyder hole is too small to actually use in opening the knife. To close the knife there is a button on the side which you need to press in order to release the locking mechanism and the blade closes. The locking mechanism is a wonderful and brilliant lock.

Question:	Is the cover easy to take off after mixing drinks
Answer:	I can't answer about this product, specifically, but I myself wondered why pure vanilla extract quadrupled in price across all markets. I started looking it up and learned quite a bit. This is a summary, to the best of my memory. 1) Vanilla beans are grown in limited areas in the world. 2) Harvesting them at the right time in their growth cycle is critical to processing them for various vanilla products, especially pure vanilla extract. 3) Pure vanilla extract requires a fairly long amount of time to "ferment" before it is bottled and sold. 4) Unusually heavy rain seasons for several years now have plagued regions where vanilla beans are grown, late in the growth cycle, devastating the bulk of the crops, especially in Madagascar, but in many other regions as well. 5) Because the available supply can't match the demand, prices have naturally risen. 6) Unfortunately, this supply and demand imbalance has allowed a certain market manipulation by groups of investors to control the price (if vanilla was a drug, we would call these groups cartels...if we're being honest). 7) This will correct itself eventually (assuming the rain seasons and growth cycles return to normal), but it could take years because of the long fermentation time for pure vanilla extract. In fact, vanilla extract bottled and sold in the last 4-5 years, regardless of the brand or bean source, is likely of lesser quality than before because the beans have been harvested too soon and they haven't been given the same fermentation time as they are when crops are plentiful. They're doing what they can to keep up with the demand, but it means rushing the process somewhat. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Re Kate P's response: All of those are natural ingredients. Also, the actual vanillin which is extracted from the vanilla beans via alcohol is very concentrated, and is very very expensive if you buy it in its pure state. It's perfectly normal for water and/or alcohol to be the main ingredients in real vanilla extract.
Question:	What are the exact dimensions of the cup when assembled? I need to know if it will fit in my shaker machine
Answer:	This is NOT pure vanilla extract. While the label is extremely similar to Watkins Pure Vanilla extract (both even come in 11oz bottles), this has some extract in it along with other additives. Watkins really should have better labels to distinguish their products. Amazon used to carry the pure extract for around $19 but as of about 30 days from this writing, they require a minimum purchase of two bottles.

Answer:	Hi Lisa, you are correct. If you are looking for the "Pure" Watkins Vanilla Extract 11oz, I recommend searching Amazon for "Watkins Bourbon" or "Watkins Madagascar Pure Extract" Usually, that product has a higher price, but right now is comparable as a good time to buy. I hope that helps.
