Answer:	It is decently loud. We also unplug it when not in use. I would say it is louder than our fridge. Buuuuuuut, my husband loves the cold beer, so it is all worth it! lol

Question:	Does it get stuck after a couple of days of no use
Answer:	It can if you do not properly clean the pour spout after each day of use. This is not uncommon for any tap though. That’s why I actually had to get this one was because I didn’t properly care for my previous tap. Some hot water squirted up generously into the spout at the end of use will help prevent it getting stuck.

Answer:	Yes you can use this for wine, but the wine won't be as carbonated as you probably might like. It will not have the same carbonation as say a D'asti type wine unless the wine is already carbonated. The CO2 here is meant really only for pressurization for dispensing and maybe maintaining carbonation but not necessarily for carbonating the beverage.

Question:	Bottle is not getting pressurized any solution or just return it
Answer:	Usually when we hear of this issue, it is because the siphon tube was not installed correctly so the air that you pump into the container just goes up the tube instead of pushing liquid through the tube. Question:	Is this product dishwasher safe
Answer:	Not sure. But you only should be using it to clean out the beer line. The last use is clear water so it should only need to be rinsed.
Question:	does this work with 5 gal ball lock kegs
Answer:	Hi ikki79,Thank you for your question. In order for this cleaning kit to work with a 5 gallon ball lock keg you will need a 3/16 splicer, or you can use the empty keg as the cleaning vessel once you are done brewing. Cleaning your lines is an important step in dispensing great tasting draft beer

Beer lines require periodic cleaning because beer leaves behind yeast, protein, and mineral deposits that can affect the taste and smell of your beer. Mold can also find its way into your draft beer system fittings through exposure to air. If left untended, these factors can create a scale called calcium oxalate, commonly referred to as beer stone. If it is not completely removed in a cleaning process, it will leave an unsanitary surface that can harbor microorganisms which grow very quickly and affect the flavor and shelf life of your beer.

Lines should be cleaned on a regular basis to prevent stone build-up. We recommend that you clean your lines about every 6 weeks or every time you switch out a keg. Commercial applications require more frequent cleaning, depending on the beer system length. Systems less than 25' in length require bi-monthly cleaning, while longer systems should be cleaned following brewery recommendations and/or state guidelines.

Question:	How heavy is it once filled and is it necessary to fill all they way to get the best results? Thanks
Answer:	About 16lbs. The item itself is listed at 7.48 lbs and holds a gallon of beer which weighs basically the same as water or 8.34 lbs. The CO2 cartridge will add a negligible additional weight. You'll have the best results if you fill it fully, but you'll still have good results with a partial fill. A partial fill will deplete your CO2 just as much as filling it fully, so you'll be replacing cartridges more frequently.
Question:	How come the beer is not cold after 24hrs
Answer:	It is insulated so if you made your own beer it would take longer if you have warm beer
Question:	Can you put any beer in there
Answer:	Yes, the top unscrews where the tap and the CO2 cartridge are connected to the growler. It comes with a separate, simple cap you can use when you take it to your favorite growler station to be filled. Once you get it home, you need to switch it to the pressurized cap with the CO2 to keep the beer fresh instead of going flat.
