Answer:	I'll mention this for those who need to extend the power cords on these, it can be done for those who know how to do it.These are intended to be connected to an electrical outlet somewhere near the camera for power and utilize your WiFi for data connection. There are two issues with this that I would address personally in setting these up. 1) There is no battery backup. 2) Your electrical outlets dictate where the cameras can be positioned. There is USB extension cables you can get from what I've researched, but why do that when you can go a step further? While the intended way to power these is geared towards easy and convenient to setup, which is all perfectly fine, I'd prefer a little more professional grade setup, being an IT professional. Which is why I googled for and found Remote USB Power over Ethernet adapters that mention this specific camera as something it can be used for. It's basically and adapter with a PoE Ethernet port on one end and a USB port on the other. I'm sure this isn't supported by Nest, but they are fairly cheap and would allow me to convert the power cord from USB to something I am a lot more apt at running through my house to a central location, CAT-5E ethernet cable. Since USB power is merely 12-volt DC power, like PoE power it can flow across low gauge Ethernet cable from a PoE enabled switch. Which means I can wire the power for these to a central telecom closet in my house and connect their power to a battery backup unit like I would traditional DVR cameras. Note that this wouldn't eliminate the need for WiFi for data connection. Just have to make sure that your internet still works after the electrical grid goes down if you plan on using these when the power goes out. DSL will work during a power outage, but DSL is extremely slow. I'm guessing fiber works when there is a power outage on the grid, but it probably is like Cable internet and depends upon whether or not the carrier actually maintains any kind of auxiliary power on their nodes in your area.You can always connect them the way they are intended, to a local outside electrical outlet with a lock box around it, but for me personally, I'd prefer the Ethernet conversion to make them PoE devices, at least for a power source.I get alerts on my phone if the power goes out at my house, which alerts me that I might want to check on things or have someone else check on things, but it would be nice to be able to check on things remotely even during a power outage.

Answer:	I've been with a company called Vivint as a sales manager for 7 years, we install, warranty and replace stolen cameras. For my own personal system, I pay a monthly service but at the same time, I don't have to service or maintain any broken or stolen equipment. That gives me peace of mind. I believe in what you pay for is what you get. I looked into nest but Vivint seemed a safer, better bet because the outdoor cameras are full 24/7 recorded video not pictures sent to my phone. Answer:	Hello, You can follow the below installation instructions: Step 1: Remove old filter cartridge by grasping and turning to the left about 1/4 turn Step 2: Remove the protective foil from the end of the new filter. Fill the replacement filter with a little water from the tap to allow for better flow immediately after installation. Step 3: Place the top of the new cartridge up inside the cartridge holder. Slowly turn the filter to right until the filter cartridge stops. Do not over tighten. As you turn the cartridge it will automatically raise itself into position. The cartridge will move about 1/4 turn.

The thick plate just above the Nest camera is also 60mm wide. 3. The distance between the two holes is 40mm. In the photo, the outer two holes are unused, but they are threaded and the attachment-screws can be swapped from the plate inside the spouting to the outer plate. 4. The U-channel in the bracket (i.e. the bit that fits over the spouting-rim) is 18mm across. If these aren't the dimensions you are asking for and no one else offers them, I guess you could ask another question with more detail.
