The seller sent a return label for the 8" and I returned those right away but have not gotten a refund. The seller told me the 11" were not eligible for refund. And they made it very difficult to get a full refund. I had to go to Amazon customer service and jump the hoops of waiting for answers from the seller and the seller making up excuses and sob stories and offering 30 or 40% refund instead of full as promised. Finally Amazon refunded. I am still waiting for the refund on the 11"
