Answer:	Not waterproof; but provide water resistance. They are like a band aid. But once the duofilm dries and sets (about 5 mins?), it won't come off in water, so it will still be effective. The discs are really mostly for appearance, not protection; the product doesnt really need protected. It turns white as it dries and is noticeable against the skin, so the discs just provide coverage. I didnt use them.

Answer:	The active ingredient is salicylic acid, which can cause skin peeling. I used salicylic acid on the sole of my foot to treat a plantar wart and it caused the skin to peel, and took about 3 months of regular treatments to dissipate the wart. In that case I applied Wartstick and covered it with a piece of Mediplast bandage, both of which have 40% concentration salicylic acid in them. This has 17%, so the peeling may be less severe than mine was. FYI, I am an engineer, not a doctor, and this is just my experience.

One is to use an item for freezing warts. The trick is to grab the skin tag by it's end and gently stretch it away from the skin. At the narrowest point of the stretch, apply the freezing. I used two doses, and it worked, the tag fell off a few days later. It left behind a very small, minor discoloration.
