The other was one tangerine and a half a lime (both sliced) in a 50-50 mix of plain and seltzer water. Answer:	Our household loves it..we go through fits where it is filled with just about any conceivable fruit, veggie, herb or combination...then we'll forget and not use it for a week..I've had it for just shy of a year and no issues..we try to hand wash..maybe the heating/cooling in a dishwasher added to some people's issue with cracking...we wash, rinse, refill, repeat...teens and college students think it's the "bomb"...we've found we all like the water when it's 1/2 hour to a few hours old..after a day or so the fruit gets waterlogged, ugly and the flavor it too much of a good thing..

Question:	The Lid does not stay on, is there a trick to it
Answer:	Hi, The reason I purchased this pitcher was for its size, shape, glass container and stainless steel lid. I store milk in the pitcher because glass and the SS lid are the most favorable for food storage. The glass keeps the milk much fresher for a longer period of time than the plastic milk cartons. The SS lid is not airtight but keeps the milk temperature cool. Due to the configuration of the lid, pouring milk is a slow process so I just remove the lid and replace it. I handwash the pitcher and lid with hot soapy water and let it air dry. I do not dishwash it. The pitcher has worked for me and am very happy with it. Glass is the best for food storage.

Answer:	I would not suggest it. The basket is hardly big enough for grounds to expand or make sufficient contact with the water. The filter will also acquire the flavor of coffee so if you want to use it for tea as well, it will always taste vaguely of coffee.

Answer:	Yes. I have to warn you, though, that it leaks when you are pouring from it. Also, it's hard to fully empty because of the design - there is an inner lip on the black part on top. No big deal until you go to wash it and then have a hard time emptying the soapy water from it.
