Answer:	The average time for the coffee to stay hot is 10 minutes but that depends on how hot you like the coffee and if you add milk or bring your coffee outside. The neck of the mug is designed to have less surface area of the liquid showing thereby keeping the liquid hotter for longer. The volume question is easier to answer 300ml to the neck and 350ml to the rim.
