Washing hair too often can damage hair and dry it out. But if you do not wash it enough you end up with oily hair. Silky Touch fixes it in seconds! If you have never used dry shampoo powder before it can take several time experimenting with the product to learn how to use it correctly. Very small amount of the product needed to achieve the goal. Fine, thin hair will need less of the product while thicker hair may need more. Hair that just started to get oily will need less of the product, but if you wait longer you will need a little more.

Question:	Does this drip dark if you sweat profusely? I work outside all summer & wear mostly light shirts
Answer:	Absolutely not! I work outside sometimes in the summer as well, and I've never had an issue. The only time it's ever gotten on my skin is when I am working it into the hair closest to my forehead. When that happens I just use a makeup remover wipe to take it off. And of course it gets all over my fingers, but it washes off so easily!
Question:	Does it stain your pillows if you don’t wash it out before going to bed
Answer:	I can notice transfer to my pillow cases after a few sleeps with it in. But it has always come out in the wash, even with my white pima cotton pillow cases.
Question:	Is this color lighter or darker than the Deep & Dark one
Answer:	It is the same color. They updated the bottle to say "Divine Dark". The "Dark & Deep Brown" label is discontinued. The UPC on both bottles are the same.
Question:	Would this cover a few grey hairs
Answer:	YES. This works perfectly to cover a bit of grey at the roots. I use it in-between haircoloring for that reason. One of the many benefits of this version of Batiste. Can also cover a bit of thinning in the hair - it's not going to cover a lot of it, but if the hair is just a tad thinner at the top than the sides, it helps.

Question:	Good for keratin treated hair
Answer:	NO. I carefully read the ingredients online before ordering, as I cannot use sulfates OR sodium chloride with my keratin treated hair. I was SO perturbed to receive my order, look at the ingredients, which NOW has sodium chloride listed as an ingredient, a very big No-No. 😠 I am returning it.

Answer:	As it turns out this shampoo is free of actual Sulfates the second third listed ingredient is a type of synthetic sulfate.

Answer:	Yes!!!! It is both sulfate and paraben free so it doesnt leave your hair dry and brittle. Its more of a moisturizing shampoo but i still only recommend using a small amount of the shampoo when washing. The conditioner is also very thick and moisturising. I hope you find this useful.

Answer:	I just used it 5 minutes ago... to me it seems like a very mild scent, not like many shampoos that are strongly perfumed. Tons of ingredients, of course.
