Answer:	Ok so what you want to do is place the metal disk into the slits on the layer and turn it counter clockwise until it stops. Then take the performance tip (the smallest of the parts) and align the sides with the space on the back of the disk. After that press down on the tip and turn clockwise until it stops. Answer:	These are beautiful but they are more white wine size. Haven't measured anything to check the 18 oz but they definitely appear to be smaller than advertised
