Question:	Can I use this cup in the freezer
Answer:	I suppose technically you could, but I wouldn't. In the end with the metal contracting and expanding from freezing to room temperature could cause the vacuum seal to become unsealed. Thus it loses the ability to keep drinks cold. It's one of the reasons you're not supposed to put it, and similar products, in the dishwasher. If you're wanting it be cooler when you put a drink in I'd recommend running cold water in it, and dry it, before you fill your cup up. I always find my drinks last a bit longer when I do this. And I have two of these cups. That trick works on both. :)
Question:	Is there replacements for the silicone straw part
Answer:	The straw actually consists of two pieces. The top part is silicone and the bottom is just plastic tubing. The plastic tubing is probably easily replaceable whereas the silicone part, I’m not sure.
Question:	Trying to order but it cannot be shipped to military box overseas. rather frustrating, zak! says to call amazon, amazon says it’s up to the seller
Answer:	I'd probably contact them from their actual website or see if you can order it from there. Or see if the Amazon for your area has it (i.e. the UK has a specific UK Amazon). There also may be restrictions due to materials or name/product registrations. Meaning they don't have permission or the right copyrights to sell there.
Question:	Does the straw go into the tumbler or it just at the lid? The pictures don't show the straw reaching to the bottom
Answer:	There is an actual straw inside the tumbler, it is not shown in the pictures but it is in there and goes to the bottom.
