Answer:	the key to keeping the Contigo hotter longer is all boiling water in the cup with lid on for about 15 minutes, it will keep your drink hot for 8 plus hours and warm for 2 to 4 more. that's my experience with it, i got two.

Question:	Can you shake a drink with a closed lid, without spilling
Answer:	I received the 20 oz tumbler with magslider lid for Christmas. It is NOT leak proof. If it turns over or is tilted in your purse or bag, it will and does leak! I just called YETI (01/02/2018) in Austin, Texas and asked about this and they confirmed it is not leak proof. If you need something leak proof, they said to get a YETI with the scree on lid! The magslider is not a good product if you need something that does not leak.
Question:	what i want to know is does it truley hold 20 ounces? The ozark trail claims 20 ounces but only holds 16(18 ounces if filled to rim
Answer:	Mine holds 18oz with the lid on. You could put 20oz into it without the lid on and it would be right to the rim; but, good luck moving it to drink.

Answer:	Irs real. With some colors tget dobt have prime shipping. If you are worried about authenticity, then I would suggest to ensure the seller is YETI

Answer:	Yes it is but don’t expect the hot to be as cold as the cold it’s absolutely awesome for could water and does do very well for hot coffee
Question:	A lot of reviews here are saying they got Yetis that were cheap bootleg knockoffs. How can I be sure my purchase is legit
Answer:	Yeti maintains a lot of control over retail pricing. Their products are almost never on discount so if the price seems low that should be an alarm. Go to yeti.com for their list of authorized dealers or just buy directly through Yeti. That's the only way you can be completely sure.
Question:	Is this an authetic yeti rambler
Answer:	No. I ordered 3 different items from them and they look and weigh differently from an original Yeti I purchased directly from the manufacturer. Tried to save money and paid the price. Here they sell replicas that don’t keep cold as long and the clear lids are extremely hard to push down and secure.
