1. How to fix the lid when it don’t stay on? If the rubber ring slides off the lid, the lid may not stay on. Please gently remove the rubber ring and re-install its proper ridge.

Answer:	Not really. The straw it comes with is 7.5 mm outer diameter wide. The opening in the lid I received is 8.5 mm outer diameter. I have a plastic fat straw from my old tumbler that is 10 mm and it does not fit, so keep that in mind if you want to purchase straws for this tumbler. The two straws that come with the tumbler are sturdy enough.

Answer:	The box says "14oz/410ml". I measured it by filling to the brim, and pouring into a Pyrex measuring cup. Holds just a fraction over 14oz.
