Question:	How many ounces does the glass hold
Answer:	They don't keep drinks colder longer than your usual cups (if your usual cups are insulated and these are no substitute for that). They are not as spillproof as many cups but my 5 year old loves them. The lids can be tricky but fewer straws in the landfill are worth the effort. They were even used for wine (by my sister, not my 5 year old) and there were no complaints of funny tastes. Overall, it depends on why you want them. It doesn't insulate but cuts down on waste.

Answer:	It is metal, but has a plastic rim around the edge to protect your floor.
Question:	I’d like to be sure this is 16oz as advertised and not 12? Anyone know for sure
Answer:	It says it has a “locking lid” I’ve never been able to get to lock for more than 5 minutes or so (consistently), but the power switch is on the upper right hand side in the back, it’s super easy to switch on and off. Making it child and pet proof. ;)

Answer:	The trash can is designed to use batteries. The ac adapter is only an accessory. The product takes 4 D-size batteries. We suggest Duracells which can often be found for about $1/per

Question:	Would these fit an 8 ounce mason jar
Answer:	Not sure if there is a specific way to put them on but i just stretch it first then try to put it on from the area closets to me and then pull to the other side. After its on, on all sides i stretch it down with my whole hand instead of trying to pull it down side by side. Hope that makes sense.

Answer:	Yes, it’s easy to clean. You can take the sippy part apart into 3 pieces and wash with soap and hot water. You could put milk into it (I never tried) and the insulated layer will keep the temperature for a little while, but not eternally.

Answer:	I've messaged (on facebook) Tommee Tippee before and they will send replacement parts IF and only IF they have them in stock. They answer within a day usually.

Answer:	Yes... they can easily be removed. Also there are dishwasher safe. We love these cups.
Question:	Does the flipping closure lock latch to the side when open or does it need to be held out of the way when drinking? Is it easily removable
Answer:	Mine doesn’t latch, but it doesn’t move freely so friction keeps it out of the way when open.

Answer:	Yes you can remove them, you can use the cups with de straw or just whit the lid. It brings a tool to clean the straws

Answer:	They’re silicone and I believe they should be bc when I was buying I remember reading about it. I suggest reading more through description though.
