Answer:	I don’t know, but they are identical to the ones that came with the hydro flask when I bought it.

Answer:	I do, SouthernVeggie, I bought them so that I would be able to add a drop of lemon essential oil and it works great for that. However, I do wish that the lid could be operated single-handedly. The glass itself is sturdy; but, has imperfections (bubbles).

Answer:	At first I was concerned about putting the lid in the dishwasher, mainly because of the carrying strap. I wash the bottle in the dishwasher. Once I decided to try one cap with a regular load of dishes. I was concerned it would shrink, come apart, wrinkle, fray, etc. When I took it out, it looked clean and brand new, including the carrying strap. I have since always used the dishwasher when they need washed. Each time they have repeatedly come out looking as brand new as they did when I received them and and they function just as well. Nothing has come loose leaked, or any other problem.

It's the thickness that we apply to all SUSTEAS glass produts. Our SUSTEAS glass pitcher features wider range of heat resistance from -20°C ~150°C.

Unsafe Thickness:

≤2mm: Withstanding smaller temperature range, it's not suggested to be directly heated and easy to break.

≥3mm: With the thickness increased continuously,the heat resistance decrease. When the iced/ overheated water is poured into pitcher , the probability of cracking of the glass pitcher increases.

LOOSE LID ≠ FAULTY PRODUCT

SUSTEAS pitcher lids are designed to adjust the tightness according to your personal preference as shown.

Loose lids is easy to take off and pour water, if you feel that the lid is not tight well, please don't mistake it for a defective item, just remove the rubber ring and install it in reverse. In that way, the lid will be tight enough when pouring.

Extra-wide Mouth

The wide mouth (Diameter: 3.07 inches) makes everything from filling to cleanup easily, and part of people can reach the bottom to clean by hand.

1. Cleaning the product with a dishwasher is allowed, however, handwashed is more recommended.

Question:	What is the width of the neck of this bottle (so I can purchase a pouring spout for it
Answer:	The opening at the top is one inch. It comes with its own stopper and I use that to seal up my bottle of limoncello, which I keep in the freezer, But if you are going to keep the bottle out, you can use a pourer that fits the one-inch opening.
Question:	How does one close it?? I think the placement of mine is off. Help
Answer:	If it isn’t defective, then it is relatively simple. There are two thick metal wires the longer one is a handle and the shorter more rounded one is the lever used to open and close the bottle. If everything is lined up with the levers rounded part matching the neck of the bottle all you should have to do is put the rubber cork over the mouth of the bottle and pull the lever towards the bottle to seal it. Answer:	Not sure ... if the picture of the 2 for $25 product (i'm not seeing) looks like same design - then would presume (but bormioli makes a lot of different styles - I have several) ... this 40.5 oz design I purchased a few for a lower add-on price (& free ship) & have gotten a great deal of use out of them & my other Bormioli Rocco - not only for homemade naturally brewed & flavored tea/water/juice/etc .... but I make my own extracts & simple syrups (homemade ginger being a favorite) ... hope this helped ... if you need to confirm style of 2 fo $25 - there should be a link to contact that seller on that items page ... Answer:	I can't find a definitive answer, so I'm going to say no. Few glass water bottles are made in the USA. They are from Chefs Star. And Chefs Star does not supplying you with a country. Only they started in 2007. Am 866 number and an email address
