Answer:	I ordered Design 2 and put text in LINE 1 to replace "Home Sweet Home" as instructed, but my item still arrived with "Home Sweet Home" on it and the text I put in LINE 1 was placed over LINE 2, making LINE 2 font way smaller than I wanted. I'm not happy. I contacted the seller, waiting for response to get a replacement. I'll provide update when they get back to me. How Are Oh, Susannah Pillowcases So Soft?

People love how soft our pillowcases are. This is how we do it:

1. We start with brushed microfiber fabric which leaves thousands of tiny soft fibers sticking out to softly caress your skin. Others will use non-brushed fabric which keeps the fibers tucked in and results in a more abrasive feel.
2. The next crucial step is the decoration process. We use a digital dye process that leaves those brushed microfibers soft. Other similar pillowcases use a cheap screen print process which leaves a layer of firm ink on top, ruining any softness the fabric had.
