Question:	My water bottle has a weird odor even after washing in hot soapy dish detergent. How can I get rid of the odor
Answer:	Mine has leaked yes. It will leak slightly with the mouth/straw attachment on when held upside down. It will also leak if you undergo a pressure change. I was on an airplane flight and it leaked quite badly. I remedied this by flipping the straw to the open position so the pressure differential didn't cause an issue during flight. Overall I love this bottle I would recommend it over any other option!

Answer:	Mine was like that at first, it was the vacuum breaker was partially stuck to the lid. Ion stuck a part of the disk of the vacuum breaker and it worked far better - at least until the whole vacuum breaker thingy disappeared, it does drink very easily, but it no longer seals against spills if I knock the bottle over

I can verify that it fits in: 2008-2019 F150, 2008, 2012, & 2016 Silverado (front and rear), 2016 Mazda3 (door and console), 2012 Ford Expedition, 2016 Ford Taurus, 2014 Volvo XC60, 2017 Dodge Journey, and 2018 Nissan Frontier. Answer:	Hi there - these bottles have been updated to have a smooth interior and no longer have the indents inside.

Answer:	I filter all my water and did not experience any different taste caused by the bottles

Answer:	No. I didn't see any options for the option.
Question:	Will this fit in car console
Answer:	Just tested this, they will not break when freezing. I left a 1” gap at the top to allow for expansion and froze it in an upright position. Freezing at 100% full would probably be a bad idea for any container. I also tried it in a preposterous and risky upside down position, and, while there appeared to be the tiniest frozen droplet that pushed out of the drinking nozzle, there was no breaking or stress. So, I’d say these are a safe choice for freezing in any position. They are rather soft and forgiving plastic, not that hard stuff from the 90s, so I was willing to test it out; no surprise to me that they did good. I hope this helps!

Answer:	I don’t know, but they are identical to the ones that came with the hydro flask when I bought it.
Question:	Does this glass have a heavy base or will it tip easy if bumped
Answer:	No; it does not come with a built-in refrigeration unit. It would probably be easiest to fill it with your beverage of choice and just stick it in a refrigerator.
Question:	Does the straw fit boba pearls
Answer:	I received mine and it doesn’t work at all! It just pulls air through. We’ve always used these bottles and this one leaks as well. I refuse to pay to ship it back bc it’ll cost me more than I paid for the bottle itself, but I’ve also not received a refund or a replacement to fix the situation.
Question:	can the straw work for boba
Answer:	The base is a larger size, I am not sure able bikes, but on the treadmill it fits really tight.
