Answer:	I bought it June 1st. I have had it plugged in since I bought it and have not needed to replace the bulb yet so I’m not sure since I have soy wax in it now.

If it came with a 5 watt bulb then you would need to get in touch with the manufacturer and let them know that you didn't receive the proper bulb for your product. It may be faster and easier to just by a pack of 15 watt bulbs on Amazon.
Question:	Is this difficult to clean since there is no removable glass for the wax
Answer:	You can also use a jumbo cotton ball - put it in the melted wax and it will absorb most everything. Then take another new jumbo cotton ball and wipe the warm warmer clean.

I ordered one from amazon Bulbrite NOS25ST15/SQ/E12/SMK 25-Watt Nostalgic Edison ST15 bulb, Vintage Thread Filament, Candelabra Base, Smoke an it does the job for me . I didn't want the bright light but they have clear ones if you prefer that type .

Question:	What is the melting time for the wax
Answer:	Dear customer, Thanks for your question. Our suggestion is: when you start to melt the wax, set the temperature to the highest temperature. The melting time of a whole package of wax beans is about 15-30 minutes. When the wax is completely melted, you can set the temperature to "OFF" to cool the wax.

Answer:	Yes. You set the dial to the desired temp and it will heat then stop. It turns back on when the temp starts to drop below the dialed temp.
Question:	Do i have to do something for the warmer other than plug it? Mine is not working
Answer:	You have to turn the dial all the way to the right and keep the lid on for the wax to melt quicker (it takes mine about 10-15 minutes). Then turn it down to a cooler temp and wait a little so you don’t burn yourself!
