Answer:	Hi and thanks for your question to 30 Watt about our Shower Drink Holder. This is not recommended to be used with glass at all. That said we haven't tested the fat-bottom beer bottle styles to fit. They are designed to hold conventional soda/beer cans, and tall boy versions. Hope this helps - thanks!

Answer:	It's not supposed to seal. The top of the keg has notches in it to allow it to breathe during the fermentation process. This is why it must be carbonated in the bottles 

Answer:	The sugar content and the potential of the yeast determine the potential alcohol percentage. Beyond that, my husband is the brew-meister. I know he's made some that approached 15-16%.

Answer:	Aimee,You can make a brew from start to finish. In fact, you make 2 with this kit. However, I would gather $10 or so and get a hydrometer to measure specific gravity before and after fermentation to verify alcohol content and if fermentation is complete. You don't have to because this kit includes "Hopped Extract" which means that you don't need to add any Hops to your brew, they did it for you. It is completely ready to go and the results should be the same every time you make a batch. They take all the science out of the process by pre-hopping the extract. Last note: My friends love the Aztec and Bohemian extracts that came with my kit. I have now moved onto All-Grain brewing with the occasional non-hopped extract brew.Good book to read is "How to brew" by Palmer. Hope that helps!

Answer:	The brewmasters kit comes with craft beer refills and the premium gold comes with standard beer refills. Craft beers are more like your microbrew beers, and standard beers would be more like your Miller, and Coors beers. The craft beers cost a little more. If you go to the Mr. beer website they will have more details. If you are just wanting to see if you are interested in the process of making your own beer I would go with the cheaper premium gold edition if you don't want the extra stuff, then if you like making your own beer you can order the craft refills. Answer:	Don't see why not, they are good quality stainless. Ours are colored and the etching down to the stainless would look great

Answer:	I have no idea, but I will tell you that I ordered 24 in various sizes and I LOVE them. Just as advertised, no sweating, no rings on tables and very handsome fitting in with any decor. I primarily use them outside and have a stone courtyard, no when dropped, no broken glass. Mine are all stainless so they go straight to the dishwasher after a party. I googled "where are they manufactured" trying to find the answer to your question and I believe it may be found in "manufacturer's warranty available upon request".

Question:	Can it be used for hot drink
Answer:	I ordered these as a gift but had to return them because two were broken when I received the shipment. I do have another brand of acrylic freezer mugs that I have had in use for about 12 years. They are made of the same materials, I'm sure, and I haven't had any problems with them. I wash them in warm soapy water and return them to the freezer so they are ready to use again. My freezer is set to 0°F so the temperature has not affected them in any way.

Answer:	Being plastic has no bearing on whether they are engraveable or not. As long as you dont engrave too deeply it should be ok.

Answer:	Yes, they are dishwasher safe. I bought these a while back. I like them BUT be careful with them. The handle came off from 2 of them so far and the goo comes out of them so I had to throw them out : (

Answer:	I have gotten these about 3 times. They break easily or just fall apart sometimes but the last ones l got l put a dab of super glue on both sides of the handle and where it connects to the at the bottom and haven’t broken any about a year now. I like the mugs but they don’t seem to be sturdy. I had 1 that the bottom fell out of while l was walking across the living room carpet, what a mess!! Didn’t know how to contact them either tho l doubt they will replace it since it’s a set.

Answer:	These mugs freeze in about 30 minutes. They stay froze for quite a long time!
