Question:	Where are these made
Answer:	The serations are different. The 4152 has twice as many. Icusts very nicely. I own both knives and while the 4152 is nice, in practice they cut about the same. If you have one of these knives I wouldn't buy the other to replace it unless you just like having the option.

Answer:	Measured it out at 10 inches. What a great knife. Slices through crusty bread like nothing. Thin slices are really easy.

Answer:	The one I have is a Classic and I think the one shown is also. You won’t be sorry for buying any of the Wusthof Classic knives. They are forged not stamped like their line of Gourmet knives. More expensive but worth it.

Question:	How well does this slice cold butter out of the refrigerator? I am sick of my current butter knife not being able to cut through cold butter
Answer:	I bought three different spreaders at the same time. This is my least favorite. It will slice the cold butter but the butter will stick to the blade as you pass through it and with the wide width of the blade you'll end up peeling everything off the spreader.

Answer:	It is long enough to reach the bottom of the pb but not for the 30 ounce mayo jar. I love mine because it is wide.

Answer:	These are more like square sprinkles rather than “flakes” of chocolate so I’m not sure how easy it would be to make these be hand. If you need chocolate shavings then making them by hand with a veggie peeler and a chocolate bar would be fine.

Answer:	Oh please send it to me if you are going to throw it away 😂 Any knife can be sharpened, but for sure the double serrated knives should be sharpened professionally. I have a shop in town that does it for me. I imagine you could look it up on how to do it, but for my beloved serrated Wusthof Bread knife, it goes to town.
