Answer:	I packed rice in both sides of the open tube, then laid my cucumber and avacado on one side and my thinly sliced ahi tuna. Then I closed the tube and pushed the rice filled tube onto my Nori sheet. Once the rice was on my Nori, which was laid on top of my bamboo rolling mat, I rolled it tightly to the end of the mat. One rolled, I wrapped the entire roll in plastic wrap to chill. About thirty minutes and then sliced the roll. I made several rolls. You'll get the hang of it. They lasted three days.

Answer:	We recommend the best ways to clean is gently wash it with your hands. The more times the sushi rocket is exposed to the harsh temperature and water pressure of the dishwasher, the more scratches the item suffers from.

Answer:	Does come with a small guide, but it wasn’t great. For better recipes and user guides go to YouTube instead.

Answer:	Thank you for choosing Delamu! We do not recommend washing this product in the dishwasher, we recommend hand washing. If the bamboo curtain is stuck to rice or food, you can soak it in water for 30 minutes to soften the rice stuck on it, then wash it with detergent and water. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

Answer:	Yes, you can. First make a sushi roll as demonstrated in the AYA video tutorial. Then apply a layer of sticky rice around, on the seaweed. You can make sure the rice is evenly applied using the bamboo mat, also included with this kit. The AYA Team
