Answer:	The pumice stone is removable from the stand so it can be held in your hand. However you can not remove the stone from the holding device. I went on the Conair replacement parts website. It does not appear that they offer a replacement because pumice stone search gave no results. Pumice stones do last a long time. I still have one that I purchased years ago. Answer:	They are dishwasher safe if you use the upper rack, which the large plates will not fit. I don't like the feel of them after the dishwasher so I wash them by hand. They are not microwave safe either. I love them but this is very disappointing and would not have bought them if I'd realized this.

Answer:	I think it might be uncomfortable, this is very heavy and firm, and probably meant mostly for the bottom of a tub. It isn't moldable or "cushy" and due to its shape, you only really can use it lying flat on the tub floor. I've used it to rest my feet in my 6' long tub and also under my thighs to keep from slipping under the water and for that it works great. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I assume you let the water out of the bathtub when not in use. It will dry fine in the empty tub.

Answer:	It's the weight, it goes against the back of my jetted tub. I'm just shy of 5' and it did wonders keeping me from sliding under water lol. I don't think it weighs enough to stay in place if using it to put your feet against.

Answer:	It’s made in China, private labeled for Amazon and surprisingly poor quality. Some of the dishes came damaged and because of the immediate need for this and disruption with COVID-19, I asked if I can keep the damaged in exchange for some discount given the delay in receiving a new order and they repeatedly said no, which made no sense to me. If this was not an AmazonBasics product, Amazon would probably have allow the discount or force the seller take the loss.
