Answer:	Only if you have multiple adapters. You would have to find adapters to connect XLR to 1/8” (3.5mm) for the mic, then 1/4” to 1/8” for the speakers and if you only have a combo plug on a laptop, you need to buy a cable that combines the two cables into one(Amazon sells it). It’s easier and less expensive to just buy a usb headset/mic combo if you’re plugging into a computer. This headset is ideally meant for soundboards and radio stations.

Answer:	Laptops today have mostly dropped support for audio inputs except for a single mono input for communication. These newer laptops also use a single TRRS jack, just like most mobile phones. First you need a TRRS splitter-cable to break that compound laptop connection in two separate connectors; one headphone and one mono mic. The headphones will just need a 3.5 mm to 6.35 mm adapter. The mic is a low impedance XLR and you will need either a transformer or a preamp. The inexpensive transformer looks a bit like an XLR to 6.35 mm adapter but is a bit longer.
