Preparation

Answer:	Each infuser is good for two nice cups of tea. If using a teapot, sometimes you want one or two infusers, depending on the size of the teapot.

Answer:	If you don't mind minty tea, you'll like these. No artificial taste and the ingredients are real.
Question:	What is the sugar content of one serving
Answer:	Carbs are less than 1gram per serving. I have to remain conscious of my carbs because I am on an insulin pump. They have labors but the carb was far less than what I can even consider dosing for.

Answer:	I no longer have the box; only some individual packets and the ounces is on those packets. For my personal taste - one packet was not enough for two cups and too much for one cup.

Answer:	Certain herbal varieties are decaf. Black, white and green teas all have varying amounts of caffeine. Stick to herbal teas and read the ingredients to make sure that there is no caffeine. Hope this helps!

Question:	Where is this manufactured
Answer:	If you aren't using a tea bag, I would imagine that the amount of loose tea would depend on how strong you like your tea. These are good sized mugs, so keep in mind that amount of water that they hold. These are awesome mugs!
Question:	Is there lead in these mugs? I've heard lead is often in ceramic mugs
Answer:	FDA aporoved. Instead of concerning the lead from the mug born in China, it is better to your health that concerning the lead from the water in the US. Ask the government to change the lead pipes, pls. Even the filter can remove 99% of the lead, it may still much more than that the mug could release.
Question:	Can the groove on the lid be used as a sipping spout, or is it sealed behind the groove
Answer:	It's a mug not a teapot. It will pour as well as any mug.
Question:	can you travel with this? does the lid stick on top to prevent it from leaking while commuting to work
Answer:	Yes, the strainer is removable and the lid is a nice saucer for our tea bag. I use both tea bags and loses tea intermittently. I love this tea cup. The porcelain is really high quality and very smooth. I use black tea which has a tendency to stain, but the inner surface of this cup is so smooth , the tea stains wash right off. I also like that it is white inside because I can tell how string the tae is depending on how dark the color is against the white. If the cup was the same color inside and out, then it would be harder to gauge this.
