Question:	where is it made
Answer:	I had the same issue. The seal wouldn't seal unless I turned it all the way and it would often click/pop without fully sealing the bottle. It would take a few tries before it would partially seal the bottle. Now, despite careful use, the unit is broken and just spins without expanding. Only got a few months of sporadic use out of it. I would shy away from this model
Question:	Anybody hear it pop like it breaks if you turn it too tight? It is loose after the pop so I turned and tightened, but I'm not sure it seals well
Answer:	Beware, its plastic and it will break if you tighten it too much.- It happened to me, before tighten it you have to sit it all the way in the bottle

Answer:	I agree with Mr. Krumenauer. There are some Champagne bottles that have very large necks and it may be possible that turning the top of the sealer may not expand the gray insert far enough to tighten the bottle. I've never had that problem. When you look at the inside if the sealer do you see any cracks or odd shape? Also be sure when installing the sealer to hold the bottom half of the sealer while turning the top of the sealer. The gray insert of the sealer should expand to close the bottle neck snuggly. You can check the gray sealer by watching it with the sealer out of the bottle to see if it is expanding. Hold the bottom half while turning the top half of the sealer. If it doesn't move, it is defective and should be returned.
Question:	I have one that fits on the bottle well but doesn't tighten or seal. Is it defective or am i doing something wrong
Answer:	I suppose so, but different people like to use things differently. Or if you have multiple bottles opened and serving at the same time. I gave this to a friend and she loved it and then my husband wanted one so gave to him too.

Grip the bottle neck firmly with the grip handles and slowly bring the lever up and return to closed position (spiral will insert in the cork) 4. Keep a firm grip on the bottle neck with the handles and slowly lift the lever back to the open position (cork will easily come out of the wine bottle) 5. Take the cork out of the bottle and repeat step 3 & step 4 then the cork will be release from worm. Please don’t push cork into the bottle!

1. Place the Foil Cutter over the top of the bottle, gently squeeze and rotate the cutter around the neck until the foil is completely cut.

Answer:	That also happened to my freezer sleeve. I bought a freezer pack at Target that is made of soft plastic and has little squares that freeze. You can use a scissors to cut it the size to fit into the rabbit
