Answer:	These are more like square sprinkles rather than “flakes” of chocolate so I’m not sure how easy it would be to make these be hand. If you need chocolate shavings then making them by hand with a veggie peeler and a chocolate bar would be fine.

Answer:	Hi, We use this for chopped salad at home all the time, and use a cheap plastic bowl. It will end up leaving small cuts inside the bowl, but it is better for the blades than using on a hard surfaced bowl, as that will blunt the blades.

Answer:	I know of no stopper that serve as a plug for this great item. I believe that the wine server would fit in the majority of liquor bottles perhaps some exceptions are out there! They are great for control of serving wines with no drip or mess and easy to clean.

Question:	Would the knives be good for cutting and or peeling apples
Answer:	Yes. I am a professional Chef & culinary educator of 33 year. The knife is plastic. Won't harm any surface. I purchased this knife just for lettuce and nothing else. My only concern is that if you are cutting something very hot is that the plastic may melt. If the pan is extremely hot. The edge/tip of the blade may melt while dragging across the bottom during your cut. I do not know what the heat rating is for the knife. I would use a heat resistant plastic spatula to cut/wedge out portions of the lasagne. Then using the same spatula also have the ability to scoop out the portion to serve as well.If you are cutting cold lasagna for wrapping portions to freeze or reheat.. Knock yourself out. The heat situation is eliminated. Knife will work fine for the task.

Answer:	It is easier to grip and use than a regular knife because the cutting edge is directly under your hand and not trying to leverage the knife out of your grip. For chopping it does require repetitive motion so consider the extent of the disability. For regular slicing, I think this knife is easier to use than a regular knife.
