Answer:	The sticker can be easily removed WITHOUT damage to the dishwasher. To remove the adhesive metal plate simply lift one of the corners enough to slip either a credit card or ID under the plate. Then push and slide the card through the remainder of the plate to remove it. You may notice some adhesive residue left behind. This can easily be removed with rubbing alcohol or any kitchen cleaner. We made sure our magnet was one of the strongest kitchen magnets available so most will not have to use the adhesive plate. However, not all dishwashers are magnetic so we included the adhesive plate just in case. Answer:	It is used as a cover on your sink for the dishwasher overflow unit. Some kitchens the builder installs the dishwasher with one. However , I have heard some houses do not have one.

Answer:	The other answer actually has it backwards. It protects the dishwasher from backflow in the event of a clog. Because your sink is higher than your dishwasher, the dirty water would normally fill the dishwasher first before backing up to the sink (and likely push the door open and spill all over your kitchen. With the air gap, the backflow is diverted into the sink instead (that's what the holes are for).Think of it like a one-way drain for the dishwasher. If the dirty water ever goes the other way, it will go into the sink.

Answer:	Yes... yes they are ! They do have a heft to them... not so much that you couldn't hold it with one hand. They are ceramic so they have a good solid feel to them. These are bowls for adults or teens... if you have little kids buy plastic... something that will bounce when thrown to the floor. These bowls feel the way a good book feels when you're looking for your favorite rainy day escape.

Answer:	Have only had these bowls a few weeks now. Yes, like all ceramic bowls, they get hot we used in the microwave. I found they don't get as hot as other bowls because of their size. I like my soup hot so I use a dish rag to remove them from the microwave. I found it takes about a minute longer like to reheat soup in these bowls in the microwave because they're relatively big and more dense than other types of ceramic bowls. I researched bowls for quite some time on the web and glad I did because I love these bowls and believe they will last. Glad I purchased two sets. The bowls were packed well and arrived without any damage. I plan to wash by hand because I think the intense heat from the dishwasher may cause damage over time.

Answer:	from the other blade they are 3" long
Question:	Are these thin enough to store on the knife block
Answer:	I'd say probably not with a normal knife block. One knife block I had in the past had a special scissors area, but I don't have it now to check. I measured the scissors with a ruler. The widest part of the metal section of the scissors is at the blue post (it sticks out the side and secures the inside post that joins the two halves.) At the blue button, the scissors measure about 1/2" across. Down along the shaft, they are a little under 1/4" wide. Good scissors, by the way. They cut salad greens sharply and come apart to wash and dry thoroughly.
Question:	Im sure Ill get laughed at for this but how do you open them? Mine has two blue knobs
Answer:	Just open them all the way as if you were to cut something really large, you will see the peg that sticks out of the blade line up with a hole. You may then proceed to pull the two blades apart. You do not need to do anything with the blue bulb or knob on the scissor.

Answer:	These cut way better than the much more expensive "real" chicken shears, I will use nothing else! Plus you can take them apart to sharpen them. We place a large order of local free range chicken to be raised for us every year and have been using these only for years to cut them up to freeze, and they cut up fast with these too!

Question:	Will these scissors rust
Answer:	Stainless steel is NOT 100% rust-proof, however it has a higher resistance to rust and corrosion than other types of steel. As long as you take care of the scissors properly it should not rust (i.e. do not store in humid areas, dry off immediately after washing, etc). If the scissors happen to rust, there are multiple ways of removing the rust (i.e. steel wool, white vinegar & baking soda).

Answer:	I’m not sure but they are definitely very sharp when new. It’s a great price for 2 pairs and I’ll just replace them when they become dull and if sharpening doesn’t work.
