Answer:	you'd had to remove the silicone ring before flipping. once the egg is cooked enough so that it sets in the ring (meaning it won't run if you remove the ring), you remove the ring regardless of whether you're flipping the egg or not...so if you're wanting the egg to be over-easy or over-hard...just remove the ring once set and treat the egg like you normally would.

Answer:	I don’t think it should need instruction. I boil my water in a large frying pan about half full. I spray my egg cups with a butter spray. I boil the water covered with eggs cups in it for five minutes. They come out perfect .Make sure you use a slow rolling boil and do not cover the egg cups with water.

Answer:	Info from sensible Needs that came with my product said the lids were “hard plastic”. Several websites suggested using only silicone lids in instant pot.

Answer:	Yes, I actually bought 2 (separately), both had the logo. Both my moulds are the same so I can’t comment on the material sturdiness other than say it seems sturdy enough to me.

Answer:	It really is sturdier than most silicone molds. Once heated in the IP though and/or when lifting it into the IP with eggs etc you still have to use a sling. Put it this way when you try to fold it it just springs back.
