Question:	Is it flat bottomed
Answer:	Agree with previous answers. There is about 1 inch of space between the bottom of the rack and the pan. I roasted a 23 pound turkey in it for Thanksgiving and had no issues with the drippings touching the bottom of the bird. I think that is what you are asking?

Answer:	The pan itself is 16" long, yes. But with the overhanging handles it is actually 21" long. It is 13" wide and 3 1/2" high/deep. Hope this info helps you.

Answer:	Now I'm even more confused. If 17' X 13" refers to the length and width respectively then what does 18" X 14.8" represent? Surely the height of the roaster with or without handles has nothing to do with length or width of the pan.

Question:	Can this be used for searing on stovetop
Answer:	I was able to roast a 18lb turkey in this pan without problems. The roasting pan size I can use is limited by the size of my oven and this worked perfectly.

Answer:	Probably not. I have used it in a high temp oven 550+ and it warps. Broiler would probably destroy it

Answer:	I don’t Have the Emeril power fryer, however the largest item in this kit is the strainer basket, it measures 6 1/2 inches across and total height is 5 1/2 inches including the legs hopefully this helps.

Answer:	Yes but the larger basket on the bottom and stack the small on top. There are other products that have 3 stackable stainless steel steamers that stack as well. Or you can use the divider in this set to put 3 different things in steamer to cook.

Answer:	The rack is not stainless or chrome. I bought it, I held it in my hand, I cooked with it. There's a big difference between stainless steel, chrome plated and black. The rack I have has some kind of black coating on it that chips off. There are other reviews that have the same problem.

Answer:	Great question...it would be nice if the distributor answered this. Some Chinese plant use chrome that might not be durable or foodsafe.

Answer:	No this roasting rack will not work with an oval 7 qt. Crockpot. It is slightly too long and the corners are not narrow enough to fit either. For my oval crockpot I use an 8 by 6 inch OVAL rack. The beef roast, pork roast or roasting hen can be larger than the rack used as the rack is meant to just keep items out of the liquids. This rack I purchased for my medium sized oval turkey roaster (12 lbs or less) and it works fine for that purpose.
Question:	How do you clean this wonderful pan & rack? After many uses it starts to build up that dark brown, baked on grease that a brillo pad didn't remove
Answer:	The description said it was chrome which means it’s plated and most likely the base material is mild steel. Not stainless but will perform as a cooking rack just fine.
