The finish was awful, everything stuck to it, and she threw it out, then registered for All Clad. To this day she still uses her All Clad daily. (We did not get the coated set, but the “ Master Chef” version.) This is the best cookware money can buy. I’d never buy anything else again. |

(I got carried away with what I thought was a fantastic price) It is a NIGHT and DAY difference and I don't even understand how the name All Clad can be put on it. All Clad is a fantastic product because of the three ply construction. I have had their pots and pans for decades and I LOVE them. A great investment. I ended up buying the Caphalon pan in the smaller size after I read the reviews from Cook's Illustrated. Both brands are excellent but there were some aspects of the Caphalon pan that I thought made it a better product. I have found their reviews to be excellent and unbiased and their rational for choosing Caphalon made sense to me. I have used it and been extremely happy with it.
