Answer:	I google the food I'm cooking for how long the food is to cook first. When the cooking time is done and I open the pot if I can't tell I use a meat thermometer to check the internal temp. I also go by the cookbook recipe for how long to pressure cook the foods. I love my Nutripot!

Answer:	Yes, The manufacturer is located in Naperville Illinois less than an hour drive from Chicago.

Answer:	I just received mine. The insert is not stainless steel. I called NuWave to ask what kind of coating it is and they have no idea. Wonderful. But, they did offer me a free 2 day cruise to the Bahamas at the end of the phone call! No, I'm not kidding even a little bit. I'm debating on whether to send this back. What a joke.

Answer:	You might have to contact the manufacturer... Otherwise I'm not sure.
Question:	Where does the water collection box go
Answer:	I received one of these as a gift at the end of 2018 and it still has terrible instructions about the water collection box, so I'm adding my description to help anyone else that comes along. It attaches on the outside of the unit, on the side opposite from the controls. It slides in horizontally right up against the stainless steel side, under the black plastic where there is a rectangular hole. It goes under that hole to catch condensation. Downloading the manual from their website there was only a link to the "old" model and it still is missing any sort of illustration that would be helpful for this part.

Answer:	This is a grinder so anything that could be ground should work. It's tough enough for salt and pepper! So prob would work on other spices. I don't think leafy spices would be good tho cuz it might clog!

Answer:	No, it can not: on Kuhn Rikon's webpage for this product they specifically say not to grind cloves or anise because the oils will destroy the plastic.

Question:	I received the air fryer but it was supposed to come with the 3 piece accessory set. The 3 piece accessories did not arrive. Was it shipped
Answer:	It is dishwasher safe but I don't put it in the dishwasher. It is very easy to clean if you put it in the sink and fill it with hot water and a few drops of dishwashing liquid. Use a plastic scrubber and if you have problems getting any stuck on food off let it soak and then scrub with baking soda. I have had mine quite awhile now and use it every day, and there is no flaking. The coating is a copper infused ceramic so unless you scrape it with something sharp it isn't going to flake off.
Question:	I have a nuwave brio, can you purchase 6qt pan for baking pan and 6qt rack accessory rack, all seem to be 3 qt size
Answer:	It is all teflon free. The basket is lined in copper infused ceramic, the part the basket fits into is simply . temperature black coated steel, and it all cleans up beautifully. I don't put mine in the dishwasher, although directions say you can. I just put it in the sink after I dump out the food, and add a couple of drops of dishwashing detergent and let it sit until the meal is over, then wash out with a plastic scrubbie and rinse and turn upside down to drain. I have used it for a few months now and no grease stains or cooked on grease and no flaking of the coating, I love this thing! Would not purchase any other brand!
