You will know because your workouts will be better, your muscles will feel better and or bigger depending on your goals and yourself will feel better since the body needs them regardless. I take 1 scoop right when I'm about to start working out and 1 scoop right after I'm done. Ever since I started I've been only getting better overall. The dosage is extra good with a 3-2-1. Most others are 2.5-1.25-1.25. So take advantage of the extras in it. By taking 2 scoops you're having a 6-4-2 on your workout days and you can just take 1 scoop on your days off when you wake up or after your running or cardio sessions if that's what you do in between workout days. Answer:	I honestly do not remember. I sent it back because the price went up over $10.00 and you can buy it directly through the company for much less. Also, because it took more than 3 weeks to get to me. They kept saying it was coming between certain dates and when that date would pass, they would then give another date. This company is not easy to work with for returns at all. I still have not received my money back from returning it. Over 1 month now.
