Answer:	I actually had this same question. I contacted the company directly and was told that since the cookware is painted it would not work on induction cook tops. They do have other products that would work.

Answer:	It is very difficult at first. I use a spatula and now I’m pretty good at getting them out unscathed. You can’t fill up the imprints all the way though, or they will overflow and be messy. Answer:	If your aebleskiver turns out gooey it is because you cook them on too high heat. Turn the heat down and let them cook slowly and you will have perfect aebleskiver. It is the only reason they are not cooked.

Answer:	The handle doesn't get hot. The skillet seems durable, but is not heavy.

Answer:	A little information guide for the user was included. Among other things, it says not to use butter or olive oil because they smoke at a lower temperature. They recommend canola, Safflower, peanut and palm oils. Now I will quote. "Alllow the oil/butter to heat up in the pan before adding food to the cookware. DO NOT rush the preheating process by using high heat. Because of the excellent heat conductivity of your OXO cookware, food and oil can carbonize very rapidly. Always cook on low to medium heat and only use high heat for boiling liquids. Use medium-high heat for searing, sauteing, stir-frying and reducing liquids. Use low heat to warm foods, simmer or for preparing delicate sauces. DO NOT use any typeof oil sprays, including aerosols, mist and pump sprays. These sprays can cause residue build-up that is difficult to remove from all types of cookware. Always distribute the oil evenly onto the surface of the cookware. Use the 'butter test' to determine whether your OXO cookware is hot enough--simply wipe a dab of butter on the bottom of the cookware. If it bubbles briskly without burning, your OXO cookware is perfectly preheated."I myself have only used it to make pancakes. I also disobeyed instructions by using a metal spatula. Answer:	Yes! Very easy to clean thanks to the non-stick cooking. After cooking I always use a damp paper towel to wipe it off while the cooking plate is still warm.

Answer:	You place the batter in the center then use the T-tool to spread it going clockwise to thin it out. Kinda like put one side of the T to the center and the other side at 12 o'clock and move the 12 side all the way around the face till the batter is thin and smooth.

Answer:	No recipe book is included.

Answer:	It does very well with an electric stove. Having used gas in the past, I would surmise that there would be no problem. With either source I would not recommend unattended over heating. Ours is holding up beautifully.

Answer:	If you have the 07061 griddle, the cooking surface is 22 x 11.5 inches (without handles), the full griddle is 2.5 inches high, 26.25 inches long, and 11.5 inches wide. Question:	How many standard size grilled cheese can you fit on this griddle? I cook for 16 people once a week so size is a big factor
Answer:	I just measured, using a slice of bread, and you can get (snugly with no space in between sandwiches) 12 sandwiches. BUT, like anything, doing too many at once may not work. You could DEFINITELY fit 8, feed half the group you make food for and then make 8 more. It also comes with a really neat little instruction book that tells you what temperature to cook certain food at. Grilled Sandwiches get cooked at 325-350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. The griddle is 22 inches long and can accommodate a lot of food at once.
Question:	Is the non-stick surface PTFE and PFOA free
Answer:	According to Presto Customer Service the only model they have that is PTFE and PFOA is model 07115, which is a skillet versus a griddle. Here is their response "Our current model, stock number 07115, is ceramic coated and does NOT have PTFE or PFOA. All other griddles do have PTFE and PFOA."
Question:	does it smoke
Answer:	The 07061 griddle can smoke if oils are left on and the surface is not cleaned well.
