Answer:	Dear Shifra, thank you for your interest in the item. I can tell you that this is standard weight and not heavy duty. They are good for your everyday uses of cooking and baking but if you are in need for a pan that can support a heavier load or you intend for it to sit in a chafer with food filled to the top then doubling up is required.

Question:	what are the dimensions of the mall pans? how many people can this set serve
Answer:	we have been using this tray for Shabbos for the past 2.5 years, for our family of 6 but occasionally we have guests. We use it plugged into a timer. On Friday night we have mostly warm food, so not much pre-heating needed and the timer turns the plate off after the meal. The next day, we preheat about two hours before mealtime. It works just as well as the day we first bought it and no complaints.

Answer:	Our folks often use the Door to lift the unit, thus bending and/or loosening the hinges. They just seem unable to stop themselves from doing it. The bottom of the Door is apparently just too nice of a handle for them not to use! You can buy replacement white door gasket and replacement hinges. Easier fixes than getting folks to pay attention to how they are lifting these. Last 2 I purchased here during manufacturing they really screwed up the heads of the stainless screws in the hinges so we have been unable to tighten those hinges. We will replace those screws when we have time to use EZ outs to remove the screws. So a simple job of tightening the hinges is now more complicated due to a manufacturing issue. The first 2 I purchased here were fine.

Question:	What is the lid made of
Answer:	They are aluminum just like the pans ..perfect for keeping food warm
Question:	Has anyone baked lasagna in these pans and if so, did it boil over
Answer:	I have never had a problem with it boiling over. These are about 2 inches deep, so there is plenty of room for 3 to 5 layers of lasagna noodles and fixings. If you are in doubt, simply put a larger cookie pan under the foil pan. Enjoy!
Question:	Is the 9x13 measurement the real inside measurement or the outside "rim to rim" dimension
Answer:	I never thought to measure. Mine measures 9 wide inside at highest point. Measures only 11.5 length at highest point. Pan walls are angled. Measures 8X10 at base, angles up to 9X11.5. Hope this helps. Does fit enough for a casserole.

Question:	Are the stands re-useable? Are they sturdy
Answer:	Yes they are reusable and really sturdy. I saved the box for storage and keep it nice and aligned. Also, because the stands won’t fold, which I like coz it won’t accidentally collapse on you while you have food in it. (Happened to me on my other food warmer stands) hope it helps.
